Access Immigration is OPEN.

Capital Good Fund is a non-profit organization that provides personal loans of up to $20,000 to individuals to help pay immigration legal fees and costs.

To qualify, you must:

• Have a bank account

• Reside in one of these U.S. states: Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or Texas

• Have an income

Documents required to apply:

• Three months of bank account statements

• Copy of a government-issued ID

• A referral from a community agency or immigration attorney on CGF's list

  • Access Immigration is on their list.

  • CGF will contact us to request a referral once you apply.

• They may request additional documents after you apply.​

How much to ask for:

• Capital Good Fund will contact us to confirm your total costs.

• Do not request more than the amount we have quoted in your legal representation agreement. 

• If we have not yet sent you a representation agreement, please contact us first to request a detailed fee quote.
