Capital Good Fund Loans
Capital Good Fund is a non-profit organization that provides personal loans of up to $20,000 to individuals to help pay immigration legal fees and costs.

To qualify, you must:

Have a bank account

Reside in one of these U.S. states: Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or Texas

Have an income

Documents required to apply:

Three months of bank account statements

Copy of a government-issued ID

A referral from a community agency or immigration attorney on CGF's list

Access Immigration is on their list.

CGF will contact us to request a referral once you apply.

They may request additional documents after you apply.​

How much to ask for:

Capital Good Fund will contact us to confirm your total costs.

Do not request more than the amount we have quoted in your legal representation agreement.
