Passport Photo Requirements
1. Photo must be taken within the last 6 months.

2. In color with full face, frontal view.
​
3. Unmounted and unretouched.
​
4. On thin paper with glossy finish.
​
5. Head coverings allowed only if required by a religious order of which you are a member.
​
6. Measurements:

Photo size is 2 inches by 2 inches

Head measures between 1 inch and 1 3/8 inch from top of head to bottom of chin
-
Eyes are between 1 1/8 inch and 1 3/8 inch from bottom of photo
