"Remember, remember always, that all of us, and you and I especially, are descended from immigrants and revolutionists."

~ Franklin D. Roosevelt

Attorney Katharine Speer Rosenthal strives to connect personally with her clients in order to understand their goals and make a meaningful difference in their lives. In the current climate, she is proud to serve on the front lines protecting the rights of immigrants.

Ms. Rosenthal has lived and worked in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and Bolivia. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, which helps her to translate U.S. immigration law into understandable terms in both languages.

Ms. Rosenthal's client-centered approach focuses on excellent representation, tireless problem-solving, and clear communication with her clients. She believes every person has a right to an honest opinion, compassionate service, and the opportunity to make informed decisions about their life.

Community Involvement

Ms. Rosenthal has served as a consulting attorney to the Mexican Consulate in Denver and is a Past Chair of the Colorado Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (2016-2017).

She enjoys giving group talks on the current state of U.S. immigration law and policy to provide information to the community and to bust common myths. Please contact us if you would like to request a presentation to your group.
